Standards Based Learning
Bradoaks School is an ethnically diverse K-5 school located in the eastern section of Monrovia. The curriculum is taught in heterogeneously grouped classrooms. Standards-based learning environments include self-contained single grade level classrooms. The school-wide focus is on the acquisition of Common Core State Standards and the development and practice of the Life Skills. There is an emphasis on Language Arts and Mathematics in an effort to improve SBAC Test scores in these academic areas.
