Students help plant trees for a better future at Bradoaks Elementary

Bradoaks Elementary students planted new trees in front of their school on October 1st, 2021. Five different classes worked together to give the site more shade and fruit in the future.

Thanks to a partnership with Food ED, Monrovia Unified School District received a grant for three of our schools: Santa Fe, Plymouth, and Bradoaks from California ReLeaf. Each school received five trees from the grant and the trees tie into the curriculum with Food Ed. Santa Fe Elementary had their tree planting in Spring of 2021. While Plymouth Elementary is scheduled to get their trees on Monday, October 11th.
